This Privacy Policy describes the policies and procedures of AgentOps Software Engineering Lab ("we", "our", or "the Company") on the collection, use, and disclosure of your information when using the AgentOps AGENTS.md Autonomous Cockpit web and mobile applications.

2. Information We Collect

We believe in data minimization and collect only the data necessary to provide and operate the service:

• Authentication Information: When signing in through Google Sign-In or Firebase Authentication, we receive your email address, display name, and unique user ID.
• Device and Push Notification Data: If enabled, Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) device tokens to deliver build and deployment alert notifications.
• Local Workspace Data: Autonomous project manifests, audit checklists, and offline configurations stored locally on your device (via IndexedDB and local storage).
• Diagnostic & Performance Data: Anonymous crash reports and performance metrics (cold start, build validation timings) to ensure application stability.

3. Third-Party Services & SDKs

The application interacts with strictly audited service providers:

• Google Firebase: Authentication and Cloud Messaging (FCM). Firebase processes tokens under Google Cloud's privacy commitments.
• Google Play Services: App integrity verification (Play Integrity API) and deployment synchronization.
• GitHub Actions & GitHub REST API: Autonomous workflow triggers and release asset verification using user-configured access tokens.

4. Data Retention and Security

Your authentication session tokens and notification registrations are retained for as long as your account remains active. Local workspace state is retained exclusively in your client environment until cleared. We enforce TLS 1.3 encryption for all data in transit, and do not log or store secret keys or keystores on remote application servers.

5. User Rights (GDPR & CCPA Compliance)

You have the absolute right to:

• Access a portable copy of your account profile and workspace data.
• Rectify inaccurate personal information.
• Request permanent deletion of your account and all associated telemetry records.
• Withdraw consent for push notifications at any time via device settings.

6. Children's Privacy

Our services are developer tools designed for professionals and individuals aged 13 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under the age of 13.
